What happens after the free pilot?
At the end of your 4-week pilot, we'll review the data together. If you're seeing value, you can transition to a paid plan. If not, no obligation - we'll help you export any data you've collected.
What devices work with Neural HUD?
Any Bluetooth heart rate monitor (including consumer wearables like Polar, Garmin, Whoop). We also support custom device integration via our WebSocket API for enterprise-grade biometric sensors.
Is our data secure?
Yes. All data is encrypted in transit (TLS 1.3) and at rest (AES-256). We support SSO/SAML, maintain audit logs for all access, and can provide dedicated infrastructure for enterprise customers.
Does Neural HUD work offline?
Yes. The Operator HUD is designed for field use with offline capability. Data syncs automatically when connectivity is restored. Critical alerts are cached locally.
How is this different from employee monitoring?
Neural HUD is designed for operational awareness, not surveillance. We don't track location or productivity. Readiness data is aggregated for commanders to make better decisions - it's about supporting operators, not evaluating them.
Can we pay monthly?
Annual billing is standard (and includes a discount), but monthly billing is available for the Team plan at $499/operator/month.
